    CLAIMS PROCESS
    Please make an appointment beforehand. Vehicles checked in for claims must be accompanied by warranty information (policy number, contact details etc.). Faulty components must be stripped before a claim can be submitted.

    An accessor will be sent out for assessment of the damage. Upon receipt of an authorisation number from the insurance company, repairs to the vehicle can be completed. Please be prepared for your vehicle to be with us for 2 – 3 days. All insurance claim work done comes with a 12-month guarantee.

    Our Work Process

    Below we describe our typical work flow when a customer comes in with a gearbox issue.

    Job Assessment

    The customer’s vehicle is brought in to the workshop. The vehicle is tested to determine the fault.

    2

    Consultation

    We consult with the customer explaining the fault.
    We inform the customer about what will be done.
    When the work will commence.
    What the job will cost.

    3

    Do work and handover

    Upon agreement we will accept the job.
    Do the the required work including testing.
    Approve the work for clearance and hand over the vehicle to the customer.
